What types of classes do you offer at Third Space Jiu Jitsu?
We offer Adult Gi & No-Gi, Women’s Gi & No-Gi, and Youth classes (age groups 4–6, 7–9, 10–12), and Open Mat. By invite, we also offer Youth Competition/Wrestling (ages 11–17), private 1-on-1 training, small group training, seminars, and special events.
Do I need any prior experience to join your classes?
Not at all! Our classes are for everyone whether you’re brand new, just training for fun, or already a black belt. Our coaches will help you step by step so you feel safe, supported, and ready for a fun challenge. All you need is an open mind and a willingness to learn.
What should I wear to my first class?
For your first class, wear comfortable workout clothes and sandals or shoes you can slip on and off. Bring a water bottle too! For no-gi classes, we recommend a clean rashguard with shorts or pants, or workout clothes. For gi classes, we recommended, a clean, comfortable gi. Or, if you are brand new and attending a trial class, we can lend you a gi to use. Please avoid wearing other school and brand affilations.
